What is the candle subscription + spa box?
Wicked Flame's candle subscription + spa box is a monthly subscription service for lovers of candles and vegan skincare products. We believe in the power of nature and love and that purity is achieved only when using natural and organic ingredients. That's why our artisan products are vegan, organic, and kosher. Each item is carefully handmade with love.
How does the subscription box work?
Your monthly subscription box is shipped on the 15th and automatically renews on the 22nd every month. The candle subscription + spa box contains fragrant soy candles and vegan bath & body products delivered fresh to your front door. You can pause, skip, or cancel any time by logging in to your account and managing your delivery schedule and preferences.
What's in the box?
Each month you’ll receive a curated selection of our luxurious soy candles and vegan products. Each box contains at least 4 full-size items each month. Our candle subscription box reveals a new theme each month promoting wellness for the mind and body.

Wicked Flame monthly subscription boxes introduce a new theme each month. Connect with us on social media where we announce themes and spoilers. We're on Instagram and Facebook. We also post the current theme here on our site.
How much is the candle subscription + spa box worth?
The value of each subscription box is more than the cost of the subscription and includes shipping.
How do I subscribe?
Select a subscription plan and we'll start working on your candle subscription + spa box. You can try one box or select a longer-term for additional savings. You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time.
What is the cutoff time to order?
Order by the 11th of the month to receive the current month's box, while supplies last.
When do you ship boxes?
Subscription boxes begin shipping between the 15th and 20th of each month.
How often am I charged?
Your credit card is billed automatically on the 22nd each month unless you pause, skip or cancel prior to this date (US/Eastern Time Zone).
If you're on a prepaid subscription plan (3, 6, or 12 months), your credit card will be charged once at the start of the term and auto-renew when your term expires. We will send an email reminder!
You can cancel, pause, or skip anytime by logging in to your account.
Can I send a candle subscription box as a gift?
Absolutely! People love gift boxes from Wicked Flame which is the inspiration behind the monthly candle subscription + spa box. You can send a gift one time or a 3-month subscription. Gifts do not auto-renew. Send a gift now and include a personal note.
What chemicals/toxins are in the vegan body products?
None! No Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), DMDM Hydantoin, Urea, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, DEA/TEA/MEA/ETA, or Formaldehyde. Most are certified organic and kosher. All are natural, made in small batches, and cruelty-free.
When will my first candle subscription + spa box ship?
Boxes ship free around the 15th every month.
- If you order before the cutoff date of the 11th, you'll receive the current month's box. (US/Eastern Time Zone)
- After the cutoff date, you'll receive the next month's box.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included within the US. You'll receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
We no longer offer international shipping.
My subscription box was lost in the mail
In the unlikely event your box is lost in the mail, please contact us immediately. You should receive your box within 10 days of the ship date (for domestic orders). It is important that you contact us within this time frame to report a lost box so we can help locate, and if necessary, replace it. Wicked Flame assumes no responsibility to locate or replace missing boxes if notified beyond 10 days after shipping.
The contents of my box were damaged in the mail
We take great care in packing your subscription box but sometimes things happen during transit. If your box arrives with damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In order for us to file a claim, we require photographic proof of any damage incurred, and in some cases, may require the return of damaged goods. We are unable to replace it if notified after 48 hours of receiving your box.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
As an FDA-compliant facility, we cannot restock or resell products returned to us. All products must be discarded per FDA guidelines. It is extremely important that you take steps to ensure you are satisfied with the contents of your order.
We stand by the quality of our products. Our monthly subscription boxes contain a variety of surprise items to which you agree to receive upon subscribing. If you have any concerns, please contact us to resolve it. We're a friendly team and want you to have a great experience.
If you're on a prepaid plan and cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your monthly subscription boxes for the duration of the prepaid term. If you elect not to receive the balance of your shipments, any prepaid discounts will be deducted from any credit due.
Can I manage my subscription?
Sure thing! Login to your account to manage your subscription. You can view upcoming deliveries, pause, skip, or cancel.
My ordered was canceled
Cancellations, while rare, happen for a variety of reasons. For example, if an item will not be restocked and/or failed attempts to collect payment. Also, creating multiple accounts in order to take advantage of coupons/promotions intended for first-time customers will result in the suspension of your account and your order being refunded.
