Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Coupons and Promos
Coupons are the property of Wicked Flame®. Each coupon is identified by a coupon code with applicable requirements and rewards. Refer to the specific coupon for these requirements and rewards.Coupons are valid on in-stock items only. No “rain checks” will be issued. Coupons are not valid on prior purchases. Coupons are intended for single use only and are limited to one coupon per household. Creating multiple accounts in order to take advantage of coupons/promotions intended for first-time customers will result in the suspension of your account and your order being refunded. Wicked Flame® reserves the right to modify or discontinue a coupon at any time. In case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of any of the coupon terms and conditions, Wicked Flame® reserves the right to take all available legal or administrative action.  Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. All offers are void where prohibited.

Out-of-Stock Products
If your item is out of stock, you may request a back order. The item will ship as it becomes available. We will notify you once your order is being processed. Given the custom nature of your order, cancellations can only be made prior to processing. Once your order is in production, cancellations are not accepted. Email notifications will keep you abreast of your order status.

Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the site. You may unsubscribe at any time. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Return + Refund Policy

As an FDA-compliant facility, we cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us. All products must be discarded per FDA guidelines. It is extremely important that you take steps to ensure you are satisfied with the contents of your order. 

We do not offer refunds. We stand by the quality of our products.  Our monthly subscription boxes contain a variety of surprise items to which you agree to receive upon subscribing. If you have any concerns, please contact us to resolve. We're a friendly team and want you to have a great experience.

If you're on a prepaid plan and cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your monthly subscription boxes for the duration of the prepaid term. If you elect not to receive the balance of your shipments, any prepaid discounts will be deducted from any credit due.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. Wicked Flame reserves the right to change its procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Shipping Policy
All of our candles are hand poured and custom made fresh daily. Most orders ship within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. If you require a rush order, please contact us. Transit times are estimated.

At this time, Wicked Flame® ships to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Taxes
Wicked Flame® automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state as our stores. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.
